Ministry
CLC Men’s Ministry is a place for men to be men. A place to fellowship with our Brothers in Christ and to walk “As-ONE”. Whether we are attending a baseball game, riding
motorcycles, playing golf, or at the gun range, we have the common goal of growing the Spirit of God within us. To become the men God created us to be. We are walking alongside one another and strengthening each other by sharing our testimonies and sharing the word of God. We are to be like David’s men...Mighty Men of
Valor...Warriors for God...ready to do battle!
Strategy for Success
We believe in creating opportunities for all men to become part of our growing Men’s
Ministry by offering Soft, Medium, and Hard Entry points. Soft Entry points are centered
around food, fun and fellowship. A “just come as you are” event, where we can build
relationships with other men. Medium Entry points are still focused on fellowship and
building relationships, but add a level of spiritual influence, teaching and discussion.
These events are designed around multi-week sessions focused on learning how to
become the men God created us to be. Hard Entry points are where we roll up our sleeves,
get on our knees and get to work. Opening ourselves up, removing the distractions of the
world and letting God meet us where we are at. These are life impacting, disciple growing,
Kingdom building events. All of our Entry point events are intended to help us all walk in our
God-led, Christ-centered, Spirit-filled, Kingdom-focused lives.
EVENTS
Night at the Ball Park
Whether you’re a baseball fan or just need some guy-time, you’ll enjoy spending an evening at the
ballpark, cheering on the Round Rock Express. Hot dogs, nachos, pretzels and great seats along the 3rd
base line...what more could you ask for! [Soft Entry Point]
Guns and Grub
Let’s get out to the range for target practice, instructor-led training, competitions, and great food. Don’t
have your own firearm but interested in learning to shoot? That’s ok, many of our men are willing to
share their firearms for you to use. Breakfast and lunch prepared and served by men in our ministry. This
is one of our largest attended events of the year. Come be a part of it!

Bike Run
Ride a cruiser, sport bike or trike? Then this event is for you. We ride through the beautiful Central Texas
landscape to a destination where we eat lunch and fellowship with our fellow riders. Spouses are
welcome to join us. So gear up, gas up and twist the throttle...let’s ride! [Soft Entry Point]
Bring out your Inner child
Enjoy bowling, go-carts, or solving puzzles in an escape room? Then this event is for you. Put your
“adult-self” on the bench and let your inner child loose for a few hours. Join us as we laugh, fellowship
and build relationships.

Men's Summit
Our Senior Pastor has a heart, focus and vision for our Men’s Ministry and once a year we call on every
man to join us at our annual Men’s Summit. Here Pastor Mark speaks to the heart of a man, the
importance of discipleship, and continuing to build His Kingdom for His glory as Men of God. We also
have team building competitions to keep our competitive juices flowing. [Hard Entry Point]
Men's Encounter
We partner with our Encounter the Cross brothers in Salina Kansas for a 3-day weekend of experiencing
God alongside 400 other men from across the region. This is not a retreat. This is an opportunity for you
to allow God to meet you where you are at and leave it all at the Cross! The testimonies from our men
who have attended this event will tell you everything you need to know about how impactful this event
can be for you, your family and as a Man of God.
