COVENANT LIFE CHURCH
Today’s Scripture: Romans 12:4-5 [AMP] “For as in one physical body we have many parts (organs, members) and all of these parts do not have the same function or use, 5 so we, numerous as we are, are one body in Christ (the Messiah) and individually we are parts one of another [mutually dependent on one another].”
There are so many aspects to church life: praying, serving, giving, salvation, fellowship, teaching, preaching, discipleship, etc. As Christians, we are called to reflect Christ in all we say and do. The Church/CLC, is to be a pillar within our community, reaching out to the lost, being a spiritual hospital to those who are hurting, broken, and who have lost their way. Unity is the key to being effective in reaching our goal(s) and accomplishing the vision of the house. Unity shows the people of our city that Jesus really is the Son of God. Covenant Life Church will be 3 years old on April 17th. May God’s favor and blessing continue to rest upon this congregation. The Lord is opening doors of opportunity for us to bless and serve the City of Killeen. Pray for our pastors and our leaders who serve the body. May the vision and mission of Covenant Life Church impact the people of Killeen, Bell County, our region, the State of Texas, the USA, and around the world.

Scripture
Psalm 122:1 [NLT] “I was glad when they said to me, ‘Let us go to the house of the Lord.’”
Confession: I love going to my church and worshiping with my brothers and sisters in the Lord. I am glad to have found CLC. I will invite my family, friends, coworkers, and strangers to come to the house of the Lord.
Hebrews 10:24-25 [VOICE] “Let us consider how to inspire each other to greater love and to righteous deeds, 25 not forgetting to gather as a community, as some have forgotten, but encouraging each other, especially as the day of His return approaches.”
Confession: I will be a person who inspires my church family to greater love in Christ and to perform righteous deeds. I will faithfully attend my church so I can gather with a community of like believers to encourage and be encouraged in my faith walk with Christ.
Acts 2:42 [NLT] “All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord's Supper), and to prayer.”
Confession: I will devote myself to the teaching of scripture as my pastor preaches the Word of God. I will be devoted to fellowship with other Christians, especially those within my church. I will devote myself to reach out and fellowship with my brothers and sisters in the Lord. I will devote myself to prayer and to pray for others.

Prayer
Father, I pray for my church today, Covenant Life Church. I pray for unity among the pastors, leaders, and people who make decisions that affect the entire body of CLC. I pray that the Gifts of the Spirit and the Fruit of the Spirit will be manifested in the lives of every person who calls CLC their home church. I pray that new people feel the love and peace of God’s presence when they pull onto the grounds and walk into the buildings of my church. May CLC be a hospital to those who are hurting and may we bring salvation and reconciliation to the lost. Let Your righteousness, Jesus’ peace, and the joy of the Holy Spirit abound in everything my church endeavors to do and accomplish. We welcome all people, we are passionately in love with Jesus, and we will change our community, our region, and our world. May all people be drawn to Jesus. In the Name of Jesus I pray, amen.
